An old server in the storage room, updates only when there's time, and external access? More a matter of luck than anything else. Add to that home offices, multiple locations, or changing devices, and things get complicated.
This is exactly where the Hosted Desktop Application, or HDA for short, comes in.
The idea: you get your workspace – but not locally on your office PC, but securely and centrally in the data center. Everything runs there, you just access it. Just as if you were sitting right at the computer.
What if your office could be anywhere?
You open your laptop in your home office, log in, and see exactly what you see in the office: the same interface, the same programs, the same data. You simply continue working, no matter where you are. And you're not alone. We work in the background to ensure that everything remains stable, secure, and up to date.
Sounds good – but what exactly is HDA?
HDA is your complete workplace – only outsourced. You no longer need servers in-house, a cobbled-together VPN solution, or individual systems for each location. Everything runs centrally via our data center in Vienna – GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001 certified, and fully managed. Important: You never transfer the data yourself – only what you see is what you get. In other words, your screen.
That means: no data on local devices, no security risks from forgotten laptops, no “It was only stored on my computer” drama.
How do I get there?
With us, the path to a hosted desktop application is not a leap into the unknown.

We set up your HDA system in the data center, prepare everything – and provide a test system. So you can see how it feels before you switch over. - Switchover.

We remain at your side – for adjustments, questions, problems, and new requirements. 365 days a year.
